Chatham Hill Winery, an Urban Winery in the Heart of North Carolina, was established in 1999 as the first winery in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. Our mission is to produce distinctive, handcrafted wines of high quality and purity from grapes grown in North Carolina. The majority of Chatham Hill wines—including Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc—are handcrafted from the best quality Yadkin Valley AVA grapes produced by our grower partners.

Open a Bottle of Chatham Hill Wine

Some of us have struggled over the years trying to open a wine bottle. We either get distracted by the foil cover or the cork itself is a struggle. Maybe it's our opener or maybe it's just operator error. In any case, there are proper ways to open a wine bottle and we are never too old to learn. Take a few minutes a watch the video below. I think one of the best things to keep in mind is not to move around the bottle too much...and practice makes perfect. Chatham Hill Winery has openers such as the one demonstrated as well as plenty of wine for you to practice on.
