How it Works


  • Our club selections are released four times a year: March, June, September & December, typically the first or second weekend of those months.
  • Wines for each of our clubs are selected by our Winemaker. Should you like to change your club, please contact Mandy.
  • Emails are sent two (2) weeks prior to the release date. This will include
    important dates & amount of the charge of the release. Club charges are typically between $40 to $50.
 Communication

  • Emails are our primary method of communication. Please keep us updated with your current email address, credit card information, and phone number.

The Perks

  • 15% discount on all bottle purchases and a 20% discount on mixed case
    purchases.
  • 10% discount on wine accessories in our shop including racks & glassware.
  • Discounts on Winery Rental fees for private event rental for yourself or your company.
  • $10 Gift Certificate when you refer a friend or family member to the club.
  • Free tastings of latest releases for member and significant other in our Tasting Room.
  • First to be notified of special events and New Release Wines.
  • Discounts on Personalized Wine Label Orders.
  • When visiting, please tell the Tasting Room Associate you are Wine Club
    Member and you will receive your discounts automatically.

Those Pesky Details


  • Membership of Chatham Hill Wine Club is free.
  • Releases are automatically charged to your credit card and we will send you an email letting you know when your wine is available for pick up or to be shipped.
  • There is no initiation fee; you can cancel at any time following your second
    quarter of wine.
  • We look forward to having you as a long-time member. If you are not ready to cancel, but need to take a short break, suspension of your account for up to two releases (6 months) is possible. Please contact Mandy for more information.
