We are always striving to improve. When we came across this blog, we were delighted by the positive comments, but also learned a little bit on where we can improve in our guest services.
Recently, Colby and Stacy came to visit us to celebrate Stacy's birthday. They loved the winemaker's tour and the wines (of course!), but they also shared some crucial feedback with us about our presentation.
